GEI MEKONG has finalised its company incorporation and taxation registration in Cambodia.
After a lengthy delay to the incorporation process thanks to the global Covid-19 pandemic, GEI MEKONG has completed its incorporation process, having its company name, Green Energy Investment Mekong Co. Ltd, registered with Cambodia’s Ministry of Commerce and taxation patents registered with the Taxation Department.
“This is important step for our company. We have several projects in the pipeline in Laos and Cambodia which we are now seeking funding for and we can now confidently pursue those opportunities.” said Steve Morrish, GEI MEKONG’s Chairman.
GEI MEKONG’s registered office in Cambodia is situated at Number 206D, Norodom Boulevard, Tonle Bassac, Phnom Penh Cambodia.
